April Training at High Rigg 24
First sunny training of 2024 out on High Rigg near Keswick.
17 Juniors with five coaches enjoyed a warm sunny day on High Rigg. Thinking about Middle Distance Championships and Northern Championships next weekend we practised Long Legs and middle distance courses.
