Richard Tiley (LOC) has completed 3 years as Chair of NWOA and has handed over to David McCann (MDOC).
Richard has been very active in several aspects of orienteering in the NW. Richard led a team that delivered a very successful BOC Long and Relay Championships earlier in 2017. Richard has been closely involved with the NWJS and will continue to be after stepping down as NW Chair. He will also continue to act as our Lake District access officer, assisting groups from across the UK who want to use the areas we have in the region.
David became involved in orienteering about 12 years ago and has planned, organised and controlled a range of events in the NW, as well as spending 5 years as MDOC Chair.
